There is a story that every child of the Zeppelin Bay knows. They learn it when they refuse to wear gloves in the winter. It is that of the story of Baron Lucius Worthington and his fetish of the naked hand…

Baron Lucius came to the Zeppelin Bay alone. It was quite peculiar for a baron to be traveling alone. He never mentioned what had happened to his family and servants. Also, it appeared that he had lost both of his hands. They were replaced by golden mechanical prostheses.

Interestingly, the expensive and quite classy steampunk hands were rarely seen in public. The Baron hated the fact that he was augmented by machines so much that you could almost never see him without gloves. If you hadn’t paid close attention to the artificial nuances of his hand movements, you could even say he was a perfectly healthy man.

While he could hide his hands, he couldn’t do anything about his eyes. They were perfectly normal, but somehow they were always fixated on some pretty hand. He was obsessed with them. If he wasn’t a Baron, ladies would have abandoned him after an hour of talking, as he never made eye contact and acted way too creepy. Luckily for him, the Bay always had it’s fair share of gold diggers…

Well, that was until one day, one of these ladies had disappeared. Then came another…and another. People were suspecting that the Baron was behind all of this, but the police had absolutely no proof. No fingerprints ( obviously), no nothing.

Then one day, the Bay woke up to a scream that could be heard from all the airships. Mary Earlyrise was going to wash up the floor of the Scarlet Baroness ( the airship of steampunk corsets) when she saw the most horrifying picture that she ever witnessed. 30 young women were lying dead on the floor, arranged to form what appeared to be a giant hand. All of them had their hands cut off.

Although Baron Lucius disappeared that day, the Bay never forget him. Since that day, every child,  lady and even the men cover up their hands with either a glove or steampunk wristbands. Do likewise, or Lucius might lay eyes on your pretty little hands…

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time(45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.

If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.

If you do not want the product you’ve receive you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Zeppelin Bay (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
