Shipping time from the airship market depends on several variables such as the direction and speed of the wind, among other weather conditions. Do not worry though, as our trained aviators will slowly but surely navigate our airships to their destination and deliver your package!

In all seriousness, we do not ship with airships. That is the harsh truth. Unfortunate, I know, but the technology just isn’t there yet ( or is it long gone?). On this page we will try and answer all questions related to shipping, but if we missed something feel free to contact us.

How do you ship packages?

Our prints are fulfilled by PrintDropper (Pittsburgh, PA, USA) and Printful from the US ( Charlotte, NC) and Europe ( Riga, Latvia). Which one we choose for a certain order depends on the chosen product and your address.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

What about customs?

In case you place an order from the US or the EU, your order will be fulfilled locally and will not be subject to customs charges. If you order from outside these zones, there is a chance that your home country will hold the package in customs and you will have to pay extra to get them. Please consider this before placing an order as we do not take responsibility of customs charges in such cases.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 3 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

In the rare case your ordered items can not be fulfilled all from the same location, we might send multiple packages. You should still expect all packages to arrive in the above mentioned time frame.
